Documentation - Pro-Forma Invoice, Airway Bills etc.

By using the following link, Pro-forma Invoice, completing the blank fields will produce the required document for ‘Customs Clearance' procedures for sending consignments to countries outside the EEC. This document must be produced for all shipments other than basic documents. If sending documents this must be stated clearly in the description box on the Airway Bill along with noting exactly what the documents are e.g. DOCUMENTS (Birth Certificate).

On completion of the Pro Forma Invoice please print at least 4 copies to be sent with the shipment and maybe 1 copy for your records if required.

Please note that all duties and taxes for non-EEC shipments will be charged to the consignee unless otherwise arranged by our office, it may be possible depending on destination, for the sender to pay the any duties, (free domicile), at a surcharge.
Any missing or incomplete information on transit documents could increase transit times for consignments.
